Wait Staff

We are seeking friendly, attentive and service-oriented Wait Staff to join our Food & Beverage team at Ziba Beach Resort.

The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering excellent dining experiences by welcoming guests, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages promptly, and ensuring guests receive professional and personalised service.

The ideal candidates must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, present menus and provide information on available food and beverage options.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar teams, and ensure timely service.
• Serve meals and beverages professionally while maintaining high standards of presentation, hygiene and guest satisfaction.
• Attend promptly to guest requests, enquiries and complaints, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Confirm and communicate guests' dietary restrictions and allergies to the kitchen and ensure orders are properly verified before serving.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper table arrangements in restaurants, dining areas and designated service stations.
• Recommend menu items, promotions and additional offerings to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Ensure accurate billing, proper order documentation and compliance with established service standards.
