This website is run by Adebukola Ajetunmobi, trading as Recruiter Queen (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use recruiterqueen.com, why, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What we collect
- Messages you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message. The form is delivered by Formspree, which processes it on our behalf. If you contact us on WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn or by email, those services' own privacy policies also apply.
- Basic usage counts. We count how many times job pages and articles are viewed and how often “Apply Now” is clicked, so we know which opportunities are useful. These counts are not linked to you.
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address and browser details when you load a page, to deliver it and keep the site secure.
We do not ask job seekers to create accounts, and we never sell personal information.
Job applications
Many jobs on this site are posted by other organisations. When you click “Apply Now” you leave our website for the employer's or job platform's application page, and any information you submit there is handled under their privacy policy, not ours.
Cookies and advertising
We use a small number of cookies. Pages may also show advertising from Google AdSense and other advertising partners, and links to sponsors.

How long we keep information
We keep messages for as long as needed to respond and to provide any service you ask for, and then delete them unless we must keep them for legal or accounting reasons.

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@recruiterqueen.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
