Job Summary

2. An established event company is looking for a proactive, organized, and results-driven Operations Supervisor to oversee its operations and ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities.
2. Plan and oversee event logistics, including equipment movement, setup, and dismantling.
3. Assign duties to staff, monitor performance, and ensure productivity.
4. Ensure event equipment and materials are properly handled, stored, and maintained.
5. Coordinate resources to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
6. Monitor inventory and report damaged or missing equipment.
7. Enforce workplace safety procedures and operational standards.
8. Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.
9. Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements.
10. Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within agreed timelines.

Job Qualifications

1. B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, event management, or a similar role.
3. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and team management abilities.
5. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Good reporting and administrative skills.
7. High level of accountability, reliability, and attention to detail.
8. Candidates residing around Sangotedo and its environs are strongly preferred. Proximity is key!
