Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years’ proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
- A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven ability to lead large sales teams and manage sales leaders.
- Strong expertise in sales strategy, business development, and revenue growth.
- Minimum of a BSc in any discipline.
- Recognized sales certifications required. An MSc is an added advantage.
