Description:
- We are looking for a confident and results driven Sales Representative who understands how to engage customers, follow up on leads and convert enquiries into actual sales.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, both on-site and across our social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok)
- Convert leads into paying customers through effective communication
- Provide customers with accurate product and pricing information
- Process customer orders accurately (product selection, sizing, payments, delivery)
- Follow up with leads to increase sales and customer retention
- Maintain accurate daily records of sales, orders, payments and customer interactions
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to close sales, not just respond to enquiries
- Excellent attention to detail, record keeping and organizational abilities
- Self motivated, organised and target driven
- Must be able to work on-site on Lagos Island, Monday–Saturday
