You will guide guests through a menu celebrating local cuisine and regional flavors, working with a fast-moving team that takes pride in attentive, consistent service. Responsibilities Welcome guests and manage the full sequence of service through farewell. Explain dishes, ingredients and pairings, recommending options that suit each guest. Notice guest needs early and respond with warmth and discretion. Handle inquiries and resolve service mistakes promptly. Work with teammates to maintain consistent service standards. What Success Looks Like Delivering thoughtful, reliable dining service that makes guests feel cared for and want to return. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in upscale dining or hotel service. Experience: 2 to 4 years. Strong command of the full sequence of service. Menu knowledge and the ability to make confident guest recommendations. Warm, attentive guest communication. Availability for rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. Ability to demonstrate positive guest outcomes from previous service roles.
