Job Overview

• Cook for guests at YellowDoor Hotels, a boutique hotel in Abuja serving business and leisure travelers. You’ll join a fast-moving team that cares about both the food on the plate and the way it reaches guests. We’re looking for a chef who can cook well under live-service pressure and explain the choices behind their dishes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes to the agreed standard during live service.
• Keep pace with orders without compromising food quality.
• Check food safety and hygiene throughout preparation and service.
• Explain cooking choices and respond to feedback.
• Help colleagues improve while maintaining kitchen standards.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience
• Practical cooking ability
• Hospitality kitchen or food-service experience
• Live-service pace and quality

• Mise en place and station organization
