Job Position: Social Media Manager
Job Location: Remote (Contract)

Job Summary

• We need an ambitious Social Media Manager to own our social channels, elevate our visual storytelling, and grow our global community. Working directly with our Chief Creative & Marketing Officer, you will translate authentic African travel into thumb-stopping content.

Job Responsibilities

1. Content & Strategy: Plan, create, and schedule our monthly content calendar across all platforms.
2. Content Creation: Produce high-converting copy, graphics, and short-form video (Reels & TikTok).
3. Campaigns: Plan and execute organic and paid campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
4. Community Management: Drive daily engagement, answer inquiries, and build brand loyalty.
5. Analytics: Track performance metrics and turn insights into strategy improvements.
6. Brand Protection: Maintain brand standards, voice consistency, and reputation management.

Job Qualifications

1. Proven experience managing social media for a corporate, travel, or brand-led business.
2. Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and short-form video creation skills.
3. Hands-on experience with social scheduling, analytics, and listening tools.
4. Experience running paid social campaigns and managing external creative partners.
5. Strong understanding of brand governance and reputation risk management.
6. Bonus: Knowledge of the Kenyan/East African travel and hospitality market.
