Senior Sales Executive - Power Generation (Gbagada)

Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive Power Generation to join our Commercial team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving generator sales, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
• This role requires strong technical knowledge of power generation equipment, proven sales performance, and excellent negotiation skills.

Minimum Requirements

• Identify and secure new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and key industry stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance on generator specifications, sizing, load calculations, and product suitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering and service teams to develop suitable power generation solutions.
• Manage sales pipelines, maintain accurate CRM records, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Electrical / Mechanical, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Technical training or certification in power systems or generators is an added advantage.
• 5 – 7 years of proven experience in generator sales, power solutions, or industrial equipment sales.
• Demonstrated success in selling diesel and gas generators.
• Strong knowledge of generator specifications, power ratings, sizing, and installation requirements.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
