About the Role

Rivo Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Corporate Sales Executive to lead the acquisition and growth of high-value corporate accounts.

This role is responsible for identifying and converting strategic business opportunities, building relationships with senior decision-makers, managing complex sales cycles, and developing a portfolio of active corporate clients that generates recurring transaction volume and revenue for Rivo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect and acquire high-value corporate clients across relevant business sectors.
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified corporate and enterprise opportunities.
  • Engage business owners, C-suite executives, senior management and other key decision-makers.
  • Lead corporate sales presentations, product discussions, commercial negotiations and stakeholder engagements.
  • Clearly communicate Rivo's payment infrastructure, financial products and value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Own opportunities through the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting and qualification to negotiation, closure, onboarding and activation.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, with a focus on retention, repeat business and account growth.
  • Identify opportunities to increase transaction volume and expand Rivo's relationship with existing accounts.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and enterprise opportunities that can generate new business channels for Rivo.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders within complex corporate sales processes and proactively address barriers to conversion.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline stages, activity reports and revenue forecasts.
  • Monitor the health and value of the sales pipeline and provide reliable forecasts to management.
  • Consistently follow up on opportunities and maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle.
  • Provide market intelligence on customer needs, industry developments, competitor activity and emerging commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales closure through client onboarding and activation.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Rivo's products, payment solutions and relevant compliance requirements.
  • Represent Rivo professionally in corporate meetings, industry engagements and partnership discussions.

Performance will be assessed against measurable commercial outcomes, including:

  • Monthly revenue generated
  • Number and value of qualified corporate opportunities
  • Number of new corporate clients acquired

  • Client meetings and senior stakeholder engagements

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 3-6 months, the successful candidate should have established a reliable portfolio of active corporate clients and demonstrated consistent revenue generation.

Success means building a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities, converting qualified prospects into signed and activated accounts, developing meaningful relationships with senior decision-makers, and generating recurring transaction volume for Rivo.

The individual should also have demonstrated the ability to originate strategic partnerships and enterprise opportunities, manage complex stakeholder relationships, shorten sales cycles through effective deal management, and maintain accurate forecasting that gives management clear visibility into expected revenue.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B and corporate sales, preferably within banking, fintech, FX/financial products or related financial services.
  • Experience managing corporate, enterprise or high-value accounts.
  • Strong business development and relationship-management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate and close complex sales.
  • Experience engaging senior executives and business decision-makers.
  • Strong pipeline management and sales forecasting capabilities.
  • Experience developing strategic partnerships or enterprise opportunities.
  • Strong corporate presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting.
  • Strong commercial understanding and ability to connect customer needs to revenue opportunities.
  • Ability to independently own deals from initial prospecting through closure and activation.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: 300-350k plus 2-5% commission based on tier structure
  • Additional Benefits: Communication allowance and performance bonus
