Head of Sales – Property Development (Lekki)

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead the sales function of a growing property development business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, driving property sales, leading a high-performing sales team, developing strategic sales channels, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute property sales strategies.
• Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team.
• Develop lead-generation and customer acquisition strategies.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through inspection, negotiation, and closing.
• Build relationships with property agents, brokers, investors, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive market penetration.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, pipeline value, and revenue.
• Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
• Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Project, and Customer Service teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years' sales experience, with at least 4 years in property/real estate sales.
• Proven experience in a Sales Manager, Head of Sales, or similar leadership role.
• Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience selling residential, commercial, luxury, land, or off-plan properties.
• Strong team leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, closing, business development, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong understanding of the Lagos real estate market.
• Experience managing property agents, brokers, or sales partners is an advantage.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
