Job Summary

• We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Girl to join our fashion house.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining attractive product displays, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience while representing the brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers in selecting clothing, shoes, bags, accessories, and other fashion items based on their preferences.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
• Arrange and replenish merchandise on shelves and display racks.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale POS system.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Promote new arrivals, discounts, and ongoing promotional offers.
• Monitor stock levels and report low or damaged inventory to the supervisor.
• Assist with stock receiving, tagging, pricing, and inventory counts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends, products, and styling tips.
• Adhere to the company's policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC; OND or higher qualification is an added advantage.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in a fashion retail store or boutique.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
• Well-groomed, fashionable, and professional appearance.
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays when required.
