KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and attend to clients in the store, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Drive sales and meet or exceed set sales targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Carry out regular stock taking and keep accurate records of stock and sales.
- Keep the store, shelves and product displays neat, organised and attractive.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Work closely with team members to achieve store goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of OND; HND or B.Sc. is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, well-presented and proactive.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic numeracy and computer skills.
- Candidates must live on Lagos Island or nearby areas, such as Lekki, Ikate, Jakande, Ajah and environs.
