Job Description 

• A sales representative promotes and sells products or services to customers, builds long-term client relationships, and drives company revenue growth.

Job Overview

1. A Sales Representative acts as the primary link between a company and its customers.
2. Depending on the business model, they operate in Business-to-Business (B2B), Business-to-Consumer (B2C), field sales, or inside/remote sales environments.

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Find and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, digital outreach, or market research.
2. Client Consultations & Presentations: Demonstrate product features, explain benefits, and deliver tailored sales pitches to prospects.
3. Needs Analysis: Assess customer challenges and recommend the best-fit products or services.
4. Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections, negotiate contract terms and pricing, and finalize sales deals to meet monthly or quarterly quotas.
5. Account Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business, upselling, and customer loyalty.
6. CRM & Reporting: Log client interactions, track pipelines, and submit sales activity or forecast reports to management.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
