Job Position: Sales Officer

Job Locations: Abuja, Adamawa, Anambra, Oyo and Rivers
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• To acquire and grow Branches, Agent Managers, Agents, Accounts Volume and Transactions volume from time to time in line with KPI.

Job Responsibilities

1. Create awareness of Hope PSBank Products and services.
2. Identifying and marketing of prospective retail markets/cluster for Agents and account acquisitions.
3. Assist in organizing sales/cluster STORMS and other retail sales campaigns.
4. Driving Agents/Agents Managers to meet their set target.
5. Resolution of customer related issues
6. Assist in managing ongoing marketing and promotional activities.
7. Agent recruitment, onboarding and management.
8. Manage agent registration, set-up, branding and promotion.
9. Liaise as an intermediary between the bank and the agent/agent managers.
10. Perform other adhoc duties as assigned by Regional Head.
11. And any other duties that might be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualification

• Minimum of first degree in any discipline.

Skills Necessary for Job Function:

1. Agent Network Management
2. Sales and Product distribution experience
3. Full knowledge of retail, products and MSME businesses.
4. Knowledge of the Agency Banking ecosystem
5. Team player
6. Social networking skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 – 4 years’ experience in Mobile Money, FMCG, Telcos and Aggregators sectors.
