Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO and DSI's calendars, appointments, meetings, and engagements.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Prepare reports, presentations, briefing notes, memos, and official correspondence.
- Manage and prioritise incoming emails, calls, requests, and communications.
- Maintain accurate and confidential executive records and documents.
- Support the CEO and DSI in strategic planning, projects, and special assignments.
- Monitor assigned projects and follow up with HODs and relevant staff to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct research and prepare relevant information to support management decision-making.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, hospital events, conferences, and official engagements.
- Act as a professional liaison between the executive office, management, staff, consultants, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, logistics, and other executive engagements when required.
- Track important deadlines, deliverables, and management directives.
- Handle highly confidential information with discretion, maturity, and professionalism.
- Support the preparation of management and strategic review reports.
- Perform other duties and special assignments as may be delegated by the CEO or DSI.t
