Job Position: Fashion Sales Attendant
Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary

1. Our client is seeking a confident, stylish, presentable, and customer-focused Female Fashion Sales Executive with a strong understanding of men’s fashion, suits, and styling.
2. The ideal candidate must be a graduate with relevant sales experience and a passion for fashion. She will be responsible for assisting customers with fashion choices, driving sales, managing customer enquiries, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience both in-store and online.

Job Responsibilities

1. Attend to customers professionally and recommend suitable men’s fashion items, suits, and accessories.
2. Provide styling advice and assist customers with outfit selection and fitting.
3. Drive sales, meet sales targets, and build lasting customer relationships.
4. Respond promptly to customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other online channels.
5. Maintain proper product displays and ensure the store is neat and presentable.
6. Keep track of inventory, customer orders, and sales transactions.
7. Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

Job Qualifications

1. Female graduate with a minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
2. Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in fashion sales, retail, customer service, or a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of men’s fashion, suits, fabrics, fitting, and styling.
4. A fashion enthusiast, designer, or tailor will be an added advantage.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and sales skills.
6. Ability to handle in-store and online customer enquiries professionally.
7. Smart, confident, well-presented, and customer-oriented.
8. Must reside in Lekki or its environs.
9. Ability to work towards sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Salary
₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly, depending on experience and suitability.
