Marketing Conversion Officers

We are looking for a persuasive, organised Marketing Conversion Officer to attract prospective students, build relationships with schools and turn enquiries into registered clients.

Responsibilities

• Promote our international admissions, visa and test-preparation services.
• Follow up on enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email and meetings.
• Explain our services clearly and guide interested clients towards registration and payment.
• Visit schools, develop partnerships and support recruitment events.
• Maintain accurate enquiry records and submit activity and conversion reports.
• Meet agreed targets and coordinate client handovers to the Admissions and Visa teams.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification and experience in marketing, sales or client conversion.
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to build relationships with schools, parents and prospective students.
• Confidence using WhatsApp Business, email, spreadsheets and CRM tools.
• Professionalism, integrity and a track record of meeting targets.
• Experience in education consultancy or student recruitment is an advantage.
