Job Summary

1. We are looking for a Sales Associate who understands luxury and niche perfumery and can guide clients through personalized fragrance experiences.
2. The successful candidate will combine strong product knowledge, storytelling, sales ability, and exceptional customer service to build lasting client relationships.

Job Qualifications

1. Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in luxury or niche fragrance.
2. Strong understanding of olfactory families, fragrance notes, and fragrance structure.
3. Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
4. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-value clients.
5. Polished presentation and strong luxury customer-service skills.
6. Confidence using WhatsApp and social media for client relationship management.
7. Fluent spoken and written English.
