Job Position: Content Creator / Livestream Host and YouTube Lead

Job Summary

• We are looking for a confident, entertaining and creative person who enjoys social media and is comfortable hosting live broadcasts and appearing on camera.

Job Responsibilities

1. Host regular livestreams on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
2. Engage viewers through conversations, interviews, audience questions and interactive activities.
3. Develop and host original sports and entertainment content for Sportivo’s channels.
4. Plan, film and edit YouTube videos, short clips and behind-the-scenes content.
5. Cover company events and activities through live broadcasts and recorded content.
6. Create a consistent livestream and video publishing schedule.
7. Turn livestream highlights into engaging clips for other platforms.
8. Manage audience interactions and work with moderators where needed.
9. Track views, watch time, engagement and subscriber growth.
10. Represent the company professionally during broadcasts and public appearances.

Job Qualifications

1. A genuine interest in social media, streaming and digital entertainment.
2. Confidence on camera, a lively personality and strong communication skills.
3. Experience hosting livestreams or creating engaging video content.
4. Practical knowledge of YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.
5. Basic filming, video editing and livestream setup skills.
6. An interest in football, sports and entertainment.
7. Ability to develop original ideas and build a relationship with an audience.
