Job Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers.
2. Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and negotiating with suppliers to obtain quality products at competitive prices
3. Secure products and services at the best possible price without compromising on quality or service.
4. Liaise with vendors and suppliers on behalf of the restaurant and compare proposals for price and specifications.
5. Review, negotiate, and agree on contracts, monitoring the quality of service and product provided.
6. Ensure all products ordered are received, accounted for, and processed, both physically and on internal systems, to ensure the best due process.
7. Assist the kitchen staff to optimize the cost of raw materials and control costs by researching products and collaborating with internal and external teams to source the best products and follow best practices.

Job Qualifications

1. A minimum of OND/HND in Business Administration / Purchasing & Supply / Accounting / Hospitality Management / or related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience as a Procurement Officer in the food and beverage, culinary, or related area is a must.
3. MS Office proficiency and knowledge of any ERP software are added advantages.
4. Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills with strong negotiation skills.
5. Ability to communicate effectively to ensure transparency on all matters.
6. In-depth knowledge of contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
7. Outstanding numerical skills and the ability to pay attention to details.
8. Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
9. Problem solver with a strong analytical mindset.

Benefit

• Salary: N100,000 – N130,000 monthly.
• HMO.
