Job Summary

1. The Hotel Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services for hotel guests, management, and staff.
2. The driver will operate hotel vehicles responsibly, maintain the vehicle in good condition, and ensure timely transportation while delivering excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities

1. Safely transport hotel guests, staff, and management to designated destinations.
2. Provide airport pickup and drop-off services for guests when required.
3. Transport guests to business meetings, tourist attractions, restaurants, and other locations as assigned.
4. Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and respectful service at all times.
5. Conduct daily checks of the vehicle, including fuel, oil, tires, brakes, lights, and other essential components.
6. Keep hotel vehicles clean, presentable, and in good operating condition.
7. Observe all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and hotel transportation policies.
8. Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
9. Report vehicle faults, accidents, damages, or maintenance requirements promptly to management.
10. Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage when necessary.
11. Plan routes efficiently to ensure punctual arrival and departure.
12. Maintain confidentiality regarding hotel guests and their activities.
13. Assist the hotel team with transportation-related duties as required.
14. Ensure hotel vehicles are securely parked when not in use.
15. Perform other duties assigned by the Hotel Manager or Operations Supervisor.

Job Qualifications

1. Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle being operated.
2. Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
3. Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic conditions.
4. Excellent driving and road-safety skills.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Courteous, reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
7. Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with guests.
8. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
9. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts when required.
