Marketing Executive (Student Recruitment)

THE ROLE

Drive enrolment for Cambridge A Levels and the International Foundation Programme IFP.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate leads and convert prospects into enrolments.
• Promote the College through school visits, fairs and referrals.
• Build relationships with schools, parents and counsellors.
• Manage enquiries and follow up on admissions.
• Meet recruitment targets and submit reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. 1-3 years' experience in sales, marketing, student recruitment or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills.
• Proven lead generation, conversion and target achievement.
• Self-motivated; willing to undertake field marketing in Enugu and surrounding areas.
