REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven sales experience in the FMCG industry, with demonstrable results.
- Must be resident in Lagos State.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, team management, and field sales supervision skills.
- Excellent knowledge of market development, route-to-market strategies, and distributor management.
- Ability to drive sales growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and willing to travel as required.
