Job Role

• We are seeking for an experienced and result-driven Logistics Manager to oversee the company’s logistics, transportation, fleet, and distribution operations.

Job Responsibilities

1. Plan and manage daily logistics and transportation operations.
2. Supervise drivers, logistics staff, and third-party service providers.
3. Coordinate the movement and delivery of goods efficiently and on schedule.
4. Manage fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, and fuel usage.
5. Monitor delivery schedules, routes, and operational costs.
6. Ensure proper documentation of dispatches, deliveries, and vehicle activities.
7. Track logistics performance and prepare regular reports for management.
8. Identify operational challenges and implement cost-effective solutions.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies, road safety regulations, and operational procedures.
10. Lead and motivate the logistics team to achieve performance targets.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transport Management, or a related field.
• 4–6 years’ experience* in logistics, transportation, fleet, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of Lagos routes and logistics operations.
• Experience managing drivers and logistics personnel.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and logistics reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or FMCG experience is an advantage.

Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 monthly.
