Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will:
- Deliver first oil through the interim crude evacuation route during the Extended Well Test — contracting, mobilization, operational readiness, and contractor performance
- Lead the permanent export solution from concept-select through FEED, execution and start-up
- Lead the production engineering and surface-facilities inputs into the post-first-oil Field Development Plan
- Build and run the production engineering and operations function as the field scales
- Own production economics and the opex budget, and own metering, allocation and crude custody transfer
What we are looking for
- Degree in Petroleum, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- 8+ years in production engineering and/or production operations offshore, including a first-oil or early-production start-up
- Experience delivering an interim evacuation or early production scheme — EPF delivery, marine offtake, FPSO/FSO operations or similar — including mobilizing and operating it, not procurement alone
- Contract and contractor performance management on a mobilizing or operating scope
- Exposure to full field development: facilities definition, concept-select, FEED, and the production inputs into a Field Development Plan
Additional Information:
- On-site in Lagos with field and offshore trips. Resumption within 4–6 weeks of offer. Competitive compensation based on experience.
- A detailed job description is available on request.
