Junior Accountant

We are seeking to hire a Junior Accountant to join our organization. The ideal candidate should have 0–2 years of accounting experience and be eager to build a successful career in accounting and finance. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated individual who is willing to learn, contribute to the finance team, and grow within the organization. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports. Process invoices, payments, and receipts. Reconcile bank statements and company accounts. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Prepare and file statutory tax returns (VAT, WHT, PAYE, etc.) and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Monitor cash flow and support budget preparation. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions. Support internal and external audits. Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 0–2 years of accounting  Basic understanding of accounting principles and Nigerian tax regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software is an advantage. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
