Job Summary
- We're looking for a detail-oriented, highly accountable Operations Analyst to support investment operations, reporting, reconciliation, trade processing, and settlement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily portfolio valuations and investment reports.
- Process investment transactions and monitor settlements.
- Perform daily cash, trade, and portfolio reconciliations.
- Identify and resolve operational discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready investment records.
- Liaise with brokers, custodians, and other service providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years’ experience in Asset management, Stockbroking, Banking, or related financial services.
- Experience in portfolio valuation, reconciliation, trade processing, or investment reporting.
- Strong Excel skills; knowledge of InfoWare/Folio is an advantage.
- High attention to detail, integrity, accountability, and ability to meet deadlines.
