About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Growth & Commercial Partner to lead customer acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships.
• This is a hands-on role for a commercially driven professional who can build and scale a sales function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial growth strategies.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Develop strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Grow and retain existing customer accounts.
• Implement effective sales processes and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with product and operational teams to support business growth.

What Success Looks Like

• Consistently generating and closing new business.
• Building a healthy sales pipeline.
• Growing revenue from new and existing customers.
• Establishing valuable strategic partnerships.
• Creating scalable and repeatable commercial processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial growth.
• Proven success in generating and closing new business.
• Experience selling SaaS, fintech, payments, or technology solutions.
• Strong track record of selling to Nigerian SMEs and business decision-makers.
• Ability to build sales pipelines and commercial processes from scratch.
• Experience exceeding sales targets and developing strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian business environment.
• Comfortable working independently in a startup or high-growth environment.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, hospitality technology, property technology, or other SME-focused technology sectors is highly desirable.
• Hospitality or short-let industry experience is an added advantage but not essential.
