Job Position: Business Development Graduate Trainee

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly self‑motivated Business Development Graduate Trainee with a strong capacity to identify, engage, and close B2B business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

1. Generate leads through industry search, networking, referrals, cold calling, emails, client visits and other sales channels.
2. Identifying and developing new business opportunities within thecorporate and enterprise market.
3. Convert qualified opportunities into signed contracts, purchase orders, framework agreements, and strategic partnerships
4. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
6. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
7. Represent the company at industry events, meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and networking engagements.
8. Deliver compelling sales presentations, pitches, and proposals to potential clients or partners.
9. Maintain accurate opportunity records and forecasts.
10. Submit weekly sales activity and pipeline reports.

Job Qualifications

1. A minimum of HND/BSc in any relevant discipline.
2. Ability to generate leads and close B2B deals.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to develop new business and achieve sales targets.
5. Self-motivated, confident and able to work independently.
6. Ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet deadlines.
7. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
8. Sound decision and problem-solving skills

Benefits

• Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 monthly plus commission on sales
