Job Summary
- Earl Consulting is seeking an experienced, high-performing, and result-driven Finance & Admin Manager on behalf of a leading real estate firm in Lagos.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial health, streamlining administrative workflows, and ensuring rigorous operational compliance across all real estate projects.
- This role requires a multi-talented professional with at least 6 years of hands-on experience managing corporate finances, property accounting, and day-to-day business operations in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting:
- Financial Oversight: Manage the full cycle of financial operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets, financial projections, and cash flow forecasts to support executive decision-making.
- Tax & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Nigerian tax laws (PAYE, CIT, WHT) and statutory filings.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts, balance sheets, and profit/loss statements, presenting financial performance analysis to executive leadership.
Administrative & Operational Oversight:
- Office Operations: Oversee daily office management, facility maintenance, procurement processes, and vendor relations to ensure a productive work environment.
- System Administration: Manage and optimize internal administrative systems, including payroll processing, employee records, and inventory logs.
- Policy Enforcement: Develop and implement administrative policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance organizational efficiency.
Real Estate Compliance & Documentation:
- Transaction Support: Coordinate with the legal and project teams to track financial inflows from property sales, manage deposit schedules, and reconcile client accounts.
- Asset Management: Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, property holdings, and title documentation for all real estate developments.
Job Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of active, hands-on, and productive experience in a combined Finance and Administration role, with a clear track record of delivering on targets.
- Experience within the Real Estate or Property Development sector is highly desirable.
- Professional Certification: Possession of an active professional qualification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, ANAN) is strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems and CRM platform integration.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, high integrity, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage sensitive financial data with strict confidentiality.
Salary
N500,000 – N750,000 monthly.
