Field Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

• We are seeking a proactive, confident, and results-driven Field Marketing Representative to increase the company's visibility, identify potential clients, and generate business opportunities for its bespoke furniture and interior solutions.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for representing Marsand outside the office, building relationships with prospective clients and industry professionals, identifying project opportunities, and converting field activities into measurable business leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Marketing: Actively promote Marsand's services to potential clients, property developers, architects, interior designers, contractors, real estate professionals, and other relevant prospects.
• Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, prospecting, and other appropriate marketing activities.
• Client and Industry Engagement: Build professional relationships with prospective clients and relevant professionals who may require or refer Marsand's services.
• Project Identification: Identify residential and commercial projects that may require bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, doors, TV consoles, sofas, and other furniture or interior joinery solutions.
• Company Representation: Communicate Marsand's services professionally and position the company as a premium bespoke joinery provider known for high-standard work.
• Lead Documentation: Maintain accurate records of prospects, contact details, project requirements, locations, discussions, and the status of each business opportunity.
• Follow-Up and Lead Development: Maintain contact with prospects, monitor the progress of opportunities, and work towards moving enquiries into genuine business engagements.
• Market Intelligence: Gather relevant information about market demand, prospective clients, competitor activities, project developments, and potential areas for business growth.
• Sales Coordination: Work with the office-based sales and customer service team to communicate leads, provide updates, and ensure opportunities generated in the field are properly managed.
• Reporting: Submit regular reports detailing field activities, locations visited, prospects engaged, leads generated, follow-up activities, and business opportunities identified.

Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Confidence in approaching and engaging prospective clients.
• A proactive attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify potential business opportunities and build professional relationships.
• Good record-keeping and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas for field marketing activities.
• Previous experience in field marketing, sales, business development, real estate marketing, or a related role is an advantage.
• Familiarity with furniture, interior design, construction, real estate, or property development is an added advantage.
