Dispatch Rider

Role Overview

• As a Dispatch Rider, you will be responsible for picking up food orders from our restaurant locations and delivering them to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• You will be a self-motivated individual with excellent navigation skills and a passion for delivering great customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Pick-up and Delivery: Pick up food orders from designated restaurant locations and deliver them to customers within the specified time frame
• Route Optimization: Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers receive their orders promptly and with a smile.
• Order Management: Ensure that orders are handled carefully and accurately, and that any issues or discrepancies are reported to the restaurant team.
• Bicycle Maintenance: Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, adhering to company standards and regulations.
• Communication: Keep in touch with the restaurant team and customers regarding delivery status, estimated delivery times, and any issues that may arise.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, and maintain a safe and defensive driving record.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO with 2-4 years experience.
