Customer Support Officer

Location: Agungi/Osapa Lekki Lagos

Strictly Female Applicants Only and must reside around Lekki axis, Lagos.

Job condition: 70% Onsite and 30% Field

Institution: Finance.

Remunerations: Fixed Salary, Commissions and Performance Bonuses.

Role Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our users. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every customer leaves the interaction with a smile. If you love problem-solving, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely enjoy helping people, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities

1. Manage multi-channel support: Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
2. Resolve issues: Troubleshoot customer complaints, track issues, and provide accurate solutions. 
3. Sales and Upselling: Maintain customer retention by consistently ensure customer buy additional products to customer.
4. Escalate complex cases: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve higher-level issues.
5. Maintain documentation: Accurately log customer interactions and feedback in our CRM database.
6. Advocate for the customer: Identify recurring issues or trends and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience.

2. Tech-savvy:Experience using CRM tools and communication tools.
3. Soft skills:High emotional intelligence, patience, thick skin, and a genuine desire to help others.
4. Problem-solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve conflicts calmly under pressure.
5. Flexibility:Willingness to work in shifts, including occasional weekends or holidays if required.
