Customer Support & Telesales Specialist

In this high-velocity role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via Respond.io, making direct phone calls to leads passed from our AI system, guiding users through our app registration and marketing reward programs, and closing first-time sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management: Monitor and manage incoming customer chats and inquiries via Respond.io and messaging channels.
• Outbound Calling & Telesales: Promptly place phone calls to assigned hot/warm leads to explain Bee Shop's Marketing Rewards up to 21% reward + 100% capital refund and product offerings.
• User Onboarding: Guide customers step-by-step through app download, account registration, and initial product plan purchases.
• Sales Closing Primary KPI: Drive conversions by effectively addressing customer objections, building trust, and closing first-time purchases.
• Relationship Building: Maintain a high standard of professional customer service to ensure smooth user experience and high satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Qualification: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in Telesales, Customer Support, Telemarketing, or Call Center operations.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with omnichannel messaging platforms e.g., Respond.io, WhatsApp Business, LiveChat is a strong advantage.
• Communication Skills: Excellent command of spoken and written English, with native fluency in Pidgin English. Fluency in Yoruba is a strong advantage.
• Target-Driven: Passionate about sales, highly persuasive, and motivated by achieving conversion targets and daily KPIs.
• Work Location: MUST be available to work ONSITE full-time at our office in Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary Range: ₦100,000 - ₦180,000 base salary commensurate with experience & interview performance.
