Customer Service Representative

• Clinix Healthcare is seeking a friendly, professional, and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Agbara Branch.
• The successful candidate will deliver an excellent patient experience, handle enquiries efficiently, and support smooth front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to patients and visitors professionally and courteously.
• Handle enquiries received in person, by phone, and through digital channels regarding services, appointments, test results, and other healthcare offerings.
• Register patients, schedule appointments, and coordinate front-desk activities.
• Provide accurate information on tests, packages, payments, procedures, and available services.
• Receive, manage, and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues appropriately.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation.
• Liaise effectively with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Uphold Clinix Healthcare’s standards of professionalism, confidentiality, customer service, and patient care.

• Good computer literacy and familiarity with reception/front-desk systems.
• Strong team spirit, positive attitude, and sense of responsibility.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospital, diagnostic centre, clinic, or healthcare facility.
• Completed NYSC is an added advantage.
