Job Position: Customer Fulfillment Officer

Job Summary

1. We are seeking a customer-focused and organized Customer Fulfillment Officer for a hair salon.
2. The successful candidate will manage customer bookings, coordinate salon services, process payments, promote and sell hair products, and ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

1. Receive and manage customer inquiries, appointments, bookings, and service requests via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
2. Coordinate appointments with hairstylists to ensure timely service delivery and minimize customer waiting time.
3. Process customer payments, issue receipts where applicable, maintain accurate transaction records, and account for daily sales.
4. Promote and sell the salon’s hair care products and recommend suitable products based on customers’ needs.
5. Monitor stock levels, record product sales, and report low stock or discrepancies to the appropriate person.
6. Follow up with customers to obtain feedback, resolve complaints, and encourage repeat visits.
7. Maintain accurate customer records, appointment schedules, and service transaction details.
8. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Job Qualifications

1. OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
2. Previous experience in customer service, front desk operations, retail sales, or cash handling is preferred.
3. Proximity to Lekki is preferred
4. Good numerical skills and the ability to handle payments and reconcile daily transactions accurately.
5. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills.
6. Ability to promote products, identify customer needs, and support sales.
7. Basic computer skills and proficiency in WhatsApp and other digital communication tools.
8. Good organizational skills, honesty, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented attitude.
9. An interest in the beauty and hair industry is an added advantage.
