Job Position: Order Fulfilment Representative

Job Summary

1. Our client is urgently seeking a reliable and organised Order Fulfilment Representative to manage customer orders, website purchases, inventory records, payment confirmation, and delivery coordination.
2. The successful candidate will help ensure that orders are processed accurately, dispatched promptly, and supported by excellent customer service.
3. Immediate resumption is required.

Job Responsibilities

1. Receive, process, and fulfil customer orders accurately and promptly.
2. Manage website orders and provide online customer service.
3. Confirm payments before releasing goods for dispatch.
4. Monitor stock levels, conduct stock counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
5. Coordinate with dispatch riders and track deliveries.
6. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, returns, and exchanges.
7. Prepare daily sales, stock, and order fulfilment reports.
8. Maintain a clean and organised store and fulfilment area.

Job Qualifications

1. Strong customer service and communication skills.
2. Good numerical, organisational, and record-keeping abilities.
3. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online order processing.
4. Attention to detail, honesty, and accountability.
5. Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
6. Relevant experience in order fulfilment, inventory management, or customer service is an advantage.

Salary

N100,000 net monthly.
