Job Position: Service Delivery Coordinator

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Manager, Service Delivery

Job Responsibilities 

1. Update, monitor and input pre-sales tracker sheet for all Installation, survey, Trial/POC and activation requests.
2. Daily & Monthly report on pre-sales tracker sheet.
3. Process account activations for newly installed links for both new and existing clients
4. Liaise with all stakeholder and ensure contracts are signed, submitted & documented for all client
5. Weekly handover reporting of newly installed accounts for Cooperate account, partners, resellers and dealers to Account Management.
6. Weekly reporting of new accounts that were recently activated to account department.
7. Ensuring the sales team are regularly updated with reports on the status of their Survey / Installation
8. To handle and process service request from sales person/reseller and communicate relevant information to the sales person/reseller
9. Maintain a good filing system for all signed contracts
10. All other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Competencies:

1. Excellent knowledge & hands on use of Microsoft Excel
2. Well organized & pays attention to detail
3. Excellent verbal & written communication skills
4. Ability to analyze & interpret data
5. Basic Knowledge of wired & wireless technology, LAN, WLAN infrastructure.
