Consultant Family Physician

The Position

• We are seeking a committed and experienced Consultant Family Physician to join our clinical and academic teamThe Consultant Family Physician will provide clinical leadership within the Family Medicine Department and contribute to the day-to-day administration, clinical supervision, and training of Family Medicine residentsThe role reports to the Medical Director and includes participation in hospital community life, mentorship of colleagues, and promotion of best practices in patient care.

Qualifications & Experience

• Fellow of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria NPMCN or West African College of Physicians WACP.
• Minimum of one year of licensed experience in Family Medicine within a recognized medical practice.
• Previous experience in a mission hospital will be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, respectful and patient-centred.
• Able to work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to function effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
