Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across the Company's service areas.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify prospective clients, generate leads, and convert opportunities into profitable business relationships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and service pitches.
• Lead client negotiations and facilitate the successful closure of business deals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop service solutions that meet client needs.
• Monitor the business development pipeline, track sales performance, and prepare regular reports.
• Represent the Company at client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and other business engagements.
• Maintain client satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business and service expansion.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A good degree in Engineering, Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Relationship Management.
• Experience in consulting, HR services, haulage and logistics, engineering, HVAC, or related service industries is an added advantage.
• Strong business development, sales, and client acquisition skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Good networking, commercial awareness, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently, develop business opportunities, and achieve set performance targets.
