Job Summary
- The Bartender/ Mixologist is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- The role involves creating high-quality cocktails, maintaining bar standards, ensuring excellent customer service, and promoting a welcoming and professional bar environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Create innovative cocktails and beverage menus when required.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering.
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and regulations.
- Handle POS transactions and customer billing accurately.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

- Customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of SSCE / High School Diploma.
- Certification in Bartending or Mixology is an added advantage.
- 1–3 years relevant work experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
