Barman

Job Summary

• The Barman is responsible for running the hotel bar.
• You will mix and serve drinks, keep the bar area clean, and make sure guests have a great time.
• We need someone who is fast, friendly, and knows how to make good drinks.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix, pour, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests.
• Take drink orders directly from guests or hotel staff.
• Keep the bar counter, glasses, and equipment clean and hygienic.
• Keep track of bar stock and report when supplies need to be reordered.
• Receive payments from guests and manage the cash register accurately.
• Check identification to make sure guests meet the legal drinking age.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of how to mix standard drinks and cocktails.
• Friendly, outgoing, and able to talk easily with guests.
• Honest, reliable, and careful with money and inventory.
• Physical stamina to stand for long hours and work evening or night shifts.
• Previous experience working as a bartender or in hospitality.
• Must live in or be able to easily commute to Abule Egba.
