About the Role
- Urban Crescent Furniture Ltd is seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant with a strong background in furniture manufacturing to manage financial reporting, production costing, inventory control, budgeting and cash-flow management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Manage manufacturing costs, inventory, work-in-progress and product profitability.
Requirements
- Must be a Chartered Accountant ACA/ICAN or ACCA.
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant accounting experience.
- Proven hands-on experience in furniture manufacturing or a closely related manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing costing, inventory management, budgeting and financial controls.
- Proficiency in ERP or accounting software is an advantage.
- Must be analytical, honest, ethical, detail-oriented and confident in advising management.
