Job Position: Account Officer

Job Location: Mushin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

1. Review daily report from all outlets including cash receipt office
2. Compare daily reports from HQ and outlets with invoices raised, identify, investigate variances and report to ED
3. Monitor and post approved credit notes, debit notes, discounts, customer refund
4. Daily reconciliation of POS ledger on Tally and journal posting
5. Daily posting/maintaining /reconciling banks like UBA, Zenith 153 etc.

Job Qualification 

1. Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
2. Previous experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a retail or similar industry.
3. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally), attention to detail.
4. Understanding of Nigerian accounting regulations and tax laws.
5. Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages may be beneficial for effective communication.
6. Benefits: Health insurance, pension contributions, and possibly bonuses based on performance.

Salary
N150,000 – N300,000 monthly.
