6. Drilling of 1 borehole with solar water system

7. Construction of community aggregation centre / women’s development hub

9. Cereal dehuller-cum-hammer mill machine

10. 30kVA solar hybrid power facility

11. Solar inverter system, Yola office 3.5kVA, 12 × 650W panels, 16kWh lithium batteries

12. Monthly car hire for 16 months 2 × 2005 Highlander

Method of Application

WHO CAN APPLY

• Completed & signed FOURCi Supplier Registration Form and Code of Conduct

• Company profile and evidence of similar past projects, with references

• CAC Certificate of Incorporation, valid TIN and Tax Clearance (last 2 years)

• SCUML certificate or EFCC acknowledgment (where applicable)

• Reference letter from a reputable Nigerian commercial bank

• Detailed quotation in Naira (₦), unit prices inclusive of WHT, with issue date, validity period and payment terms

HOW TO APPLY

1. Get the tender package from the FOURCi office in Yola, or email logistics.procurement@fourci.org.

2. Complete the supplier registration form: https://forms.gle/pZPt69wQ1EmEUXjs8

3. Submit your completed package in a sealed envelope marked with the tender title to:
