We are looking for a result-driven Telemarketer/Sales Call Officer who can connect with potential customers, promote our products or services, generate leads, and convert calls into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Identify customer needs, present suitable solutions, and generate qualified leads.
• Follow up on prospects and convert leads into sales.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Build positive customer relationships and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

• 4-5 years’ experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Confident telephone etiquette and strong negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Target-driven, resilient, and customer-focused.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
