Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science. Computer Engineering, IT, Or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in switch operations, payment technology, application support, or a similar environment.
- Experience providing L2/L3 application or technical support is preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the Core Switch and its interfaces, ensuring high availability, reliability. performance, and seamless transaction processing across HO and DR environments
- Implement and support switching services including account-to- account transfers, card issuing, card acquiring, and other payment solutions across partner banks and merchants.
- Drive upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations across switch infrastructure, applications, architectures, and related services.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support and incident management, troubleshooting complex issues and serving as an escalation point for critical switching incidents.
