- The required job holder should have ample experience in Front-of-House operations in the Hospitality industry, especially in upscale establishments.
- He should have excellent knowledge of customer service, staff scheduling, food safety, quality, and compliance.
- He must possess proven supervisory experience in a restaurant, cafe, or hotel environment, and the ability to work long shifts, standing/walking for extended periods.
Other Skills:
- Proficiency with POS systems and office software; strong leadership and communication skills, conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
