Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic planning, research, analysis and decision-making.
- Prepare executive presentations, briefing notes and management reports.
- Translate leadership priorities into clear action plans and track execution.
- Coordinate strategic and operational initiatives across Wealth Management, Investment Banking and Corporate Functions.
- Monitor KPIs, performance dashboards, budgets and key business initiatives.
- Support the Managing Partner with meeting preparation, follow-through and stakeholder coordination.
- Identify risks, execution gaps and emerging opportunities.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related discipline; MBA is an advantage.
- 7–10 years’ experience in strategy, management consulting, business management, operations or a related field.
- Experience in financial services is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong executive presence, judgement, discretion and emotional intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams is an advantage.
